UniGuard Web Portal

The UniGuard Online Portal was designed to make the transition from UniGuard 11 as easy as possible. Existing users of the UniGuard 11 platform will nd all of the familiar features along with some new and exciting features designed to make your job easier.For the rst time ever, The UniGuard Online Portal will be web based, allowing you to access your data on the internet at anytime, anywhere in the world!
All you ever need to remember is your email address and password.

UniGuard 11 Standard

The UniGuard 11 Standard Software provides basic data collection and reporting functionality. In a case where a software disk is required there will be a small administrative charge levied. The reporting functionality is restricted to reporting activity on patrol visits and shock activity. The UniGuard 11 Standard Software can only accommodate a single site.

UniGuard 11 Enhanced

The UniGuard 11 Enhanced Software is the first step when upgrading a Patrol Management System. UniGuard 11 Enhanced immediately allows access into a much more flexible system. It allows the use of a single (in-built) Region, as well as the ability to export reports in various formats such as Excel spreadsheet, XML document, HTML document or text. The UniGuard 11 Enhanced software has access to a larger amount of custom database fields such as Customers, Contacts, Employees, Shifts, Recorders, Wallets and Incident entries. UniGuard 11 Enhanced also has the ability to generate two new Exception reports; the Patrol Tour and Visit Rosters report..

UniGuard 11 Professional

The UniGuard 11 Professional Software contains reporting capability in four distinct categories and includes all patrol, physical shock occurrences, personnel and incident activities. The reports range includes line by line activity details, exception reports, intervals between patrol points and consolidated reports to demonstrate performance compliance. There is full audit trail functionality including the exact details of each download of information. The software is password protected with the ability to limit functionality to individual operators. There is also the flexibility to select specific requirements when using the reporting function with the additional benefit to use filters to further refine information requirements. Basic reporting flexibility includes the ability to select multi locations or individual locations, specific date ranges or predefined shifts and all recorders or specific recorders. The UniGuard 11 Professional Software is capable of producing 10 basic reports and more than 20 customisable reports.

UniGuard11 Live

The UniGuard 11 LIVE Software contains all the functionality of the UniGuard 11 Professional version. Using the internet The UniGuard 11 LIVE Software has the ability to be programmed to identify failure to comply with remote patrolling requirements immediately after the specified patrol time has expired. When programmed UniGuard 11 LIVE Software can e-mail exception reports at predetermined times to selected recipients.

UniGuard 11 Patrol Management Software Reports

UniGuard 11 Activity Reports

  • Checkpoint Activity: A detailed record of patrol points visited
  • Employee Activity: A detailed record of employee activities
  • Incident Activity: This report reflects the date, time, type and severity of the incident, as well as the name of the employee and the recorder serial ID relating to the reported incident
  • Recorder Shock Activity: This report reflects the time, date, severity of impact (low, medium or high), recorder type and the recorder serial ID

UniGuard 11 Missed Visit Reports

  • Checkpoint: This report highlights the number of checkpoint visits missed in a predetermined period of time, excluding subsequent visits performed prior to the required time break between visits
  • Site Visits: This report highlights the number of site visits missed in a predetermined period of time, excluding subsequent visit performed prior to the required time break between visits. This report is normally uses for recording mobile patrol activity
  • Patrol Tour: This report reflects predetermined patrol activity including start and end times, which checkpoints were visited and which ones were missed. A filter also allows the user to produce a report of visits that were not completed

UniGuard 11 Interval Reports

  • Checkpoint Interval exception: Highlights points that are visited early or late against a predetermined requirements.

UniGuard 11 Consolidated Reports

  • Missed Checkpoint/Incident Summary: This report provides a summary of missed checkpoints and incidents, making it ideal for use in providing clients/customers with a summary of activity to for use as Key Performance Indicators
  • Recorders: This report provides details of each activity reflected on a patrol recorder
