Public Liability and OH&S issues are growing yearly. To help protect you against this, we have a system that can prove where and when your Cleaning and Security contractors have visited. This is useful when a slip and fall has occured and a need to prove that a cleaner has visited a location within 20 minutes (the standard).

We use "iButtons" (64 bit silicon chip enclosed in a stainless steel can) which are virtually indusctructable and there are no two alike in the world! These "iButtons" are installed around your Shopping Centre in Mall Areas, Docks, Back of House, Toilets, Patrol areas can be assigned to Cleaners and with the use of "Incident Cards" you can prove their daily work with simple to use reports from the UniGuard Software.

Incident Cards are used to explain the different incidents that occur during their shift. These incidents can be Wet Spill, Dry Spill, Extra Clean, Empty Bins, Polish etc. If these are used correctly then to prove your staffs effectivity is simple.
